Digital Signature

MCDR's Objective

MCDR obtained the electronic signature licence from Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) according to the Egyptian Law n°15 of 2004 and its executive regulations n°109 of 2005. MCDR had the following objectives behind applying for this licence:

Boosting up MCDR's prominent role, by encouraging a new field of industry and attracting new national and international investments and capitals.
Becoming a part of the national and international scheme for triggering the Electronic Signature and
approving the digital Certification Authenticity.
Encouraging the e-commerce and the related e-business projects in Egypt.
Helping the Egyptian citizen to deal with the e-business sector.
Securing the investors' deals in the Egyptian capital market.

Certificate Authority

MCDR, as an ITIDA licensed entity, issues this certificate as a means of authenticating the identity of the signer, and ensuring his right to sign.
