MCDR has the pleasure to announce new job openings for the positions in the following areas :
Organizational Development Head
Manage, plans, develops, implements, Career Management, Succession Planning ,Performance Management , Staff Development Plans. The function Head also acts as liaison and advisor to the organization's leadership and facilitates initiatives across the organization.
Recruitment Head
- Responsible for the Man Power, plans including the entire hiring process, from inception to the individual recruit’s integration into the company.
- Actively seeking out, finding and hiring candidates for a specific position or job(Sourcing Candidates)
Compensation Head
- Mange, develop and implement a balanced and proper compensation schemes, Actively Monitor market trends through performing market surveys, manage organization and salary structures and promotions.
The target candidates should have the following qualifications and skills
- Bachelor degree
- Experience 10 years for the Organizational Development Head
- Experience 5 years for the Recruitment & Compensation Head
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Fluent English & Arabic Language
- Ability to work under Stress
Job Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in (English –Arabic)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organized with a keen eye for details
- Possessing strong analytic and problem solving skills
- Well organized, able to work as part of a team
