Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Nazif, passed a resolution appointing Dr. Khaled Serry Seyam Chairman of the Egyptian Stock Exchange as of 15th July 2010. The resolution also included the appointment of Mr. Mohamed Farid Saleh Deputy Chairman of the Stock Exchange as of 1st October 2010, Mr. Mohamed Omran Deputy Chairman of Insurance Holding Company as of 1st October 2010, Mr. Mohamed Amiry Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) Deputy Chairman, and Dr. Ashraf El-Sharkawy EFSA Deputy Chairman.
