In order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company to develop the quality of the work in the Egyptian market, the company is proceeding in two parallel roads (modernization of system- Personnel training). In the area of personnel training the company organizing internal courses as induction for workers to now better the company and its role in the financial market.

The training department is inducting personnel about other departments work through a training course that has been prepared by a group of selected technical executives, the department is undertaking rotation programs passing through all the other department for new recruits The department also set the annual training courses for the new personnel.

Procedure for joining training courses of Accounting records in the stock registry

This will be held for the members from registry management, working banks as records department by virtue of nomination by the Accounting records company or the bank, the participant should be a qualified with a appropriate degree, they will study the accounting records in the stock to be qualified as registry mangers, the course to convene there must be at least three persons working with the company to get the necessary license as registration company from the corporation of financial market.

The term of this course is five consecutive days (full day session) for the theory part, after that participants are tested, the participant should get at least 60% to pass this course, the practical side will be held later where participants will be trained on the system of registry management for another five days

Documents required to participate in the course

Recommendation letter from the registry department or an application in the name of person who wish to participate addressed to the training department.

 Copy of the academic qualification

 Copy of the identity card

 The cost of the course The course fee is nominal, equal to 250 pound/person.

 There was an urging need to introduce the Accounts of the financial instruments, thus motivating the company to run two training courses, which are considered basic in order to get the license of registry activity, those courses are:

The theoretical course for the financial instruments accounts where the accounting records are explained

The practical course for the financial securities when a team of company personnel undertakes the training through computers on the programs of management of records.
